Our Academy is designed to provide students with a safe, structured, and engaging environment focused on academic success, personal growth, life skills development, and elite performance. We are so excited that you found interest in becoming a part of the Altus Dreams Academy Family! This Fall will be our inaugural year, and we are excited to embark on this journey with you and your family. Altus Dreams Academy is built for families who expect more.
We provide a high-performance, academically supportive environment for independent study, charter-enrolled student-athletes in grades 3–8—one that mirrors the standards, discipline, and accountability required in elite athletics.
This is not passive learning. This is academic training.
Who Can Attend?
3rd–8th grade students enrolled in online home school charter learning programs.
- Charter School Learning Funds may be used toward the total program cost.
How Much Does the Program Cost?
$9,000 per school year (10 Months)
Are There Any Discounts?
Yes, families within the following categories are eligible for discount rates:
- Full Payment Upfront — families paying the entire tuition amount up front.
- Siblings — families with multiple enrolled student-athletes.
- Rialto Hawks Participants — participants of the Rialto Hawks Football/Cheer Program.
- Charter School Learning Funds Recipients — may be used toward tuition total.
Are Payment Plans Available?
Yes, monthly payment plans are available.
Registration and a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your spot. Space will be limited to 140 student-athletes! Additional enrollment interests will be placed on a waiting list, on a first come, first served basis, once we have reached full program capacity.
This form is designed to help us understand your family's goals, expectations, and student-athlete's needs. Completing the enrollment application does not guarantee enrollment, but it ensures you'll receive priority registration once you have completed the entire process.

- Pay the initial deposit amount to secure your student-athlete's spot. Your choice of payment option will determine your deposit amount.
By signing this form, I certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child named above and have the authority to sign on their behalf. I acknowledge and understand that participation in activities associated with Altus Dreams Organization involves inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Altus Dreams Organization, its directors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in these activities.
